Playground is a place where children can develop social, cognitive and physical development. Will be negative and may cause injury or injury if the playground is not designed according to the criteria. This research contains the efforts made to improve the safety and health of school-age education children in their playground. This study uses the AHP method by using a choice of software experts to make it easier to make alternative solutions decisions. By using 2 data methods, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from preliminary observations and literature studies related to ergonomic children's playgrounds. Meanwhile, secondary data obtained from questionnaires given to the experts to provide alternative solutions to be used. There are 5 alternative solutions in this research. The alternative solution chosen was regular outreach to student guardians related to the safety and health of children in the playground with the highest proportion of 36.3%. the health party first for the material or the health party first. Instructions that will be conveyed to the guardian of students regarding efforts to minimize injury or the threat of danger to children in the playground.
