Abstract

Kehamilan pada trimester II dan III sering disertai keluhan nyeri punggung, sulit tidur, serta kecemasan menjelang persalinan. Kondisi ini, bila tidak dikelola, dapat menurunkan kenyamanan dan kesejahteraan ibu hamil. Salah satu upaya komplementer yang dapat dilakukan adalah yoga prenatal, yaitu latihan yang menggabungkan gerakan lembut, pernapasan, dan relaksasi yang disesuaikan dengan perubahan tubuh ibu hamil. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan serta kenyamanan fisik dan psikologis ibu hamil melalui program edukasi dan latihan yoga prenatal di Kota Kediri. Metode yang digunakan adalah edukasi interaktif dan praktik yoga prenatal terstruktur pada 85 ibu hamil (45 trimester II dan 40 trimester III) dalam empat sesi latihan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner pengetahuan, keluhan fisik, dan persepsi kesejahteraan sebelum dan sesudah program. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman ibu tentang manfaat dan prinsip aman aktivitas fisik, penurunan keluhan nyeri punggung dan kesulitan tidur, serta meningkatnya rasa rileks dan percaya diri menghadapi persalinan. Sebagian besar peserta menyatakan puas dan bersedia melanjutkan latihan secara mandiri di rumah. Disimpulkan bahwa program yoga prenatal dapat diterapkan di tingkat komunitas dan berpotensi dikembangkan sebagai bagian dari kelas ibu hamil rutin untuk mendukung kesehatan fisik dan mental ibu hamil.
