Abstract
Program pengabdian ini berangkat dari kerentanan pekerja kreatif informal yang belum memiliki akses pelatihan, perlindungan sosial, dan kelembagaan profesi yang memadai. Subjek pengabdian adalah komunitas Master of Ceremony (MC) Malang Raya. Tujuan kegiatan ialah meningkatkan kapasitas komunikasi, literasi digital, dan kemandirian kelembagaan komunitas. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development dan critical pedagogy melalui pemetaan aset, focus group discussion, pelatihan public speaking, pendampingan portofolio digital, workshop kewirausahaan, fasilitasi asosiasi profesi, serta evaluasi partisipatif. Hasil menunjukkan 25 peserta aktif mengikuti pelatihan, 18 peserta memperbaiki profil digital profesional, 70% peserta mulai aktif melakukan promosi diri di media sosial, dan inisiatif pembentukan Asosiasi MC Malang Raya telah mencapai tahap awal. Program ini memperkuat keterampilan teknis, kesadaran kolektif, dan posisi tawar komunitas dalam ekosistem ekonomi kreatif.
