Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to increase interest in entrepreneurship by providing motivation and inspiration for young people in creating a business. The background of the problem is that there are many teenagers who have not found business ideas that can survive in the long term so that it becomes an obstacle in creating a business. Cicau village is one of the villages close to the industrial area so many employees migrate to this village because of the strategic location of the factory. Therefore, through the Real Work Lecture (KKN) this paper describes a program that can assist in overcoming this problem, namely a training program to create a Rice Bowl business by taking advantage of existing opportunities. This activity was carried out through several stages of training, namely logo/sticker design training, Rice Bowl menu making training, packaging training, pricing training and product marketing training online and offline by applying the Islamic concept of buying and giving charity. Rice Bowl is a food product with practical packaging so that it becomes a necessity for employees and the community and the process of making the selected menu is easy and simple. The implementation methods used are socialization and education, training, and evaluation. The impact of the program that has been implemented shows that this training provides benefits for teenagers so that they are able to create a business that can help economicproblems.
