Mioma atau fibroid uterus adalah tumor jinak hasil dari pertumbuhan jaringan otot polos rahim yang tidak tepat. Fibroid dengan ukuran besar memerlukan intervensi bedah. Tujuan penulisan studi kasus ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan hasil pengelolan kasus pada pasien post histerektomi, salpingektomi sinsitra dan salpingoovarektomi dextra a.i mioma uteri multipel. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi kasus dengan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan. Hasil Studi kasus dilakukan pada Ny. T pada 23-25 November 2022 di Ruang Alamanda RSUP Hasan Sadikin Bandung berdasarkan hasil pengkajian diangkat diagnosa nyeri akut dan resiko infeksi. Dilakukan tindakan keperawatan yaitu manajemen nyeri dan pencegahan infeksi serta teknik nonfarmakologi yaitu teknik nafas dalam dan dzikir. Kesimpulan setelah dilakukan intervensi diagnosa nyeri dan resiko infeksi teratasi sebagian
