Abstract
Indonesia’s digital transformation has developed rapidly in recent years. One form of technology that is increasingly being integrated into the field of education is Artificial Intelligence (AI). Teachers’ readiness to understand and utilize this technology has become highly crucial. Self-efficacy and academic resilience are key factors that enable teachers to remain productive and adaptive. This study aimed to analyze the effect of AI training interventions on teachers’ self-efficacy and academic resilience. This research employed a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest–posttest design. The instruments used were the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) and the Academic Resilience Scale (ARS-30). Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25 with a significance level of α = 0.05 and a confidence level of 95%. Normality testing was conducted using the Shapiro–Wilk test, followed by analysis using the Wilcoxon test. The results indicated significant differences in self-efficacy and academic resilience scores before and after the intervention. This finding demonstrates that AI training effectively improved teachers’ confidence and academic resilience in using educational technology, highlighting the importance of conducting continuous training programs.
