Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Insentif, Remunerasi Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus Pada Pt Industri Sandang Pangan Nusantara Cilacap)

It is necessary to comprehend the job in human resource to increase the job based on he Standart Operation Procedure) and hoped the company. It must be supported by Leadership, Insentive, Remuneration, and Motivation able to Increase Leadership. Incentive and Remuneration toward the employee’s job. It is tested by random. It is know a that Motivation influence toward the employee’s job significantly a positive, while Leadership and Insentive did not influence toward the employee’s job. Besides, motivation can increase the Leadership, Insentive, and Remuneration toward the employee’s job. Based on the Motivation, it can be the intervening variable, so every business must keep and try to make the policy based on Motivation

Dalam human resources masalah kinerja perlu didalami  agar mampu meningkatkan kinerja sesuai dengan Standart Operating Prosedure (SOP) dan sesuai dengan harapan perusahaan yang harus didukung oleh kepemimpinan, insentif, remunerasi dan motivasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kepemimpinan, insentif, remunerasi dan motivasi mempengaruhi kinerja dan apakah motivasi mampu meningkatkan pengaruh kepemimpinan, insentif dan remunerasi terhadap kinerja, diteliti sampel secara acak. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan, dan Remunerasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi. Sedangkan Kepemimpinan dan insentif tidak mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Selain itu motivasi mampu peningkatkan pengaruh kepemimpinan, insentif, remunerasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Melihat besarnya kemampuan motivasi mampu menjadi variabel intervening, maka setiap bisnis harus selalu menjaga dan mengupayakan setiap kebijakan organisasi harus mempertimbangkan faktor motivasi.
