Abstract
Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan gawangan kopi sebagai lahan tumpangsari di Kecamatan Sendang, Kabupaten Tulungagung. Latar belakang kegiatan ini berangkat dari permasalahan utama perkebunan kopi rakyat, yaitu serangan hama penggerek buah kopi (PBKo) akibat sanitasi kebun yang kurang optimal serta keterbatasan lahan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan petani. Program dilaksanakan melalui penyuluhan, praktik lapangan, serta pendampingan kepada kelompok tani binaan Omah Kopi Mandiri (OKM). Kegiatan mencakup pemanfaatan hasil sanitasi kebun sebagai bahan organik, pengolahan lahan gawangan, serta penanaman tanaman sela seperti cabai dan sayuran dataran tinggi. Hasil program menunjukkan bahwa petani memperoleh pengetahuan baru terkait pentingnya sanitasi kebun dan penerapan sistem polikultur yang mampu menekan serangan hama, meningkatkan kesuburan tanah, serta menambah pendapatan melalui panen tanaman sela. Selain manfaat ekonomi, penerapan tumpangsari juga mendukung keberlanjutan ekosistem, diversifikasi pendapatan, dan ketahanan terhadap perubahan iklim. Program ini menjadi model alternatif yang dapat direplikasi pada kebun kopi rakyat di wilayah lain
