HUBUNGAN PENGALAMAN PERSALINAN DENGAN BONDING ATTACHMENT IBU DAN BAYI PADA MASA NIFAS

Pengalaman persalinan merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam asuhan kebidanan karena dapat memengaruhi adaptasi psikologis ibu pada masa nifas, termasuk pembentukan bonding attachment ibu dan bayi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan pengalaman persalinan dengan bonding attachment ibu dan bayi pada masa nifas di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sukorame, Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 36 ibu nifas yang diambil dengan teknik consecutive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Oktober–November 2025 menggunakan kuesioner karakteristik responden, Birth Satisfaction Scale-Revised (BSS-R) untuk mengukur pengalaman persalinan, dan Mother-Infant Bonding Scale (MIBS) untuk mengukur bonding attachment ibu dan bayi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki pengalaman persalinan positif dan bonding attachment yang baik. Ibu dengan pengalaman persalinan positif cenderung memiliki bonding attachment yang lebih baik dibandingkan ibu dengan pengalaman persalinan negatif. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman persalinan berhubungan dengan kualitas ikatan emosional awal antara ibu dan bayi pada masa nifas. Oleh karena itu, asuhan persalinan yang berpusat pada perempuan perlu diperkuat untuk mendukung pengalaman persalinan yang positif dan pembentukan bonding attachment yang optimal.
