Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap bagaimana aplikasi tersebut diimplementasikan dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitasnya dalam pengelolaan keuangan di  Madrasah Negeri Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang.. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang dilaksanakan pada Madrasah Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang.  Informan penelitian ini yaitu staf dan operator keuangan MAN Sidenreng Rapppang sebanyak 7 informan. Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan hasil wawancara dan observasi terhadap staf dan operator keuangan Madrasah Negeri Sidenreng Rappang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa secara keseluruhan, madrasah telah menunjukkan kesiapan yang cukup baik dalam melakukan transformasi keuangan berbasis digital melalui aplikasi SAKTI. Rancangan SAKTI di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Sidenreng Rapppang sudah cukup sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengelolaan keuangan, baik itu penganggaran, pelaksanaan, pelaporan, dan monitoring. Tanggapan terhadap transformasi SAKTI secara umum positif. Rata-rata informan merasa bahwa aplikasi SAKTI memudahkan dan meningkatkan efektivitas terutama efisiensi serta transparansi dalam pengelolaan keuangan.
