PENGARUH INSENTIF, KEPEMIMPINAN DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

In the era of globalization, competition between companies is getting higher and tighter in both the trade and service industries, Natural Resources, even though a company has good finances, available raw materials, up-to-date technology, and is supported by a good management system. one of the most important assets for any company, the company can say that employees are one of the important factors in determining the realization of company goals.In this study, researchers will examine the performance of the employees of Barelo Cafe & Resto. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of incentive variables, leadership and work discipline on employee performance.This study uses questionnaires and library data. The sample in this study were 20 employees using the saturated sample method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 20. Next, we can see how much influence incentives, leadership and work discipline have on employee performance in hypothesis testing. From the results of the multiple linear regression test, the adjusted R square value is 71.3%. So it can be explained that 71.3% of the incentive, leadership and work discipline variables affect employee performance. While the difference is 28.7% (100% - 71.3%) influenced by other variables.This study has results and concludes that incentives, leadership and work discipline through partial tests have a significant effect. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test show that together it has a significant effect on employee performance. The variable with the most dominant influence is incentives. Which means that in order for a company to be able to achieve a goal, it must pay attention to employees about incentive factors, leadership and work discipline
Di Era globalisasi persaingan antara perusahaan semakin tinggi dan ketat baik di industri dagang maupun jasa, Sumber Daya Alam, meski sebuah perusahaan telah memiliki finansial yang baik, bahan baku yang tersedia, teknologi yang mutahir, serta ditunjang dengan sistem manajemen yang baik, Hal ini menjadikan salah satu aset terpenting bagi setiap perusahaan, perusahaan dapat mengatakan bahwa karyawan adalah salah satu faktor penting dalam menentukan terwujudnya tujuan perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti akan meneliti kinerja karyawan Barelo Cafe & Resto. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh variabel insentif, kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Penelitian ini menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner dan data pustaka. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 20 orang karyawan dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 20. Sealnjutnya dilihat seberapa besar pengaruh insentif, kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada pengujian hipotesis. Dari hasil uji regresi linier berganda didapatkan nilai adjusted R square sebesar 71,3%. Sehingga dapat dijelaskan bahwa 71,3% variabel insentif, kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan selisihnya 28,7% (100% - 71,3%) di pengaruhi oleh variabel lain.Penelitian ini mempunyai hasil dan menyimpulkan bahwa insentif, kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja melalui uji parsial mempunyai pengaruh signifikan. Sementara itu, secara hasil dari uji simultan bahwa secara bersama – sama mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel yang paling dominan pengaruhnya adalah insentif. Yang artinya agar sebuah perusahaan akan dapat mencapai sebuah tujuan harus memperhatikan karyawan tentang faktor insentif, kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja.
