Implementasi Analisis SWOT Digital Marketing Pada Sosial Commerce TikTok Shop

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang penerapan analisis SWOT pada sosial commerce TikTok Shop. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada analisis SWOT pada sosial commerce TikTok Shop dalam matrik SWOT terdapat beberapa strategi antara lain yaitu S-O, W-O, S-T dan W-T yang dapat dijadikan pertimbangkan dalam mengambil keputusan dalam bersaing dengan industri lainnya.
