PENGARUH DOSIS PUPUK BOKASHI TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN PRODUKSI TIGA MACAM VARIETAS TANAMAN BAYAM (Amaranthus sp)

Pupuk organik yang dapat digunakan yaitu pupuk bokashi. Bokashi merupakan salah satu jenis pupuk yang dapat menggantikan kehadiran pupuk kimia (anorganik) dalam menambah kesuburan tanah sekaligus memperbaiki kerusakan fisik, kimia, dan biologi tanah. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh interaksi antara dosis pupuk bokashi dan macam varietas bayam terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Faktorial. Faktor Pertama adalah dengan analisis sidik ragam ANOVA Uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) 5%, B0 tanpa bokhasi (kontrol), Faktor kedua adalah varietas bayam yang terdiri atas tiga level, yaitu: B1=100gram/polybag, B2=200gram/polybag dan B3=300gram/polybag untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi perlakuan menggunakan analisis ragam. Apabila hasil berbeda nyata dilakukan uji lanjut beda nyata terkecil (BNT) taraf 5%. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi interaksi antara dosis pupuk bokashi dan macam varietas tanaman bayam terhadap tinggi tanaman pada semua umur pengamatan, jumlah daun umur 14 dan 21 HST, luas daun pada semua umur pengamatan, panjang akar pada saat panen dan berat basah brangkasan per tanaman. Dosis pupuk bokashi secara mandiri berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun pada umur 28 HST. Kombinasi perlakuan dosis pupuk bokashi 300 gram/polybag dan varietas bayam batik (B3V3) merupakan kombinasi perlakuan terbaik.
The organic fertilizer that can be used is bokashi fertilizer. Bokashi is a type of fertilizer that can replace the presence of chemical (inorganic) fertilizers in increasing soil fertility while repairing physical, chemical and biological damage to the soil. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the interaction between the dose of bokashi fertilizer and various types of spinach on growth and production. The research was conducted using a Factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The first factor is by analysis of variance ANOVA Least Significant Difference Test (BNT) 5%, B0 without bokhasi (control), The second factor is spinach variety which consists of three levels, namely: B1=100gram/polybag, B2=200gram/polybag and B3=300gram/polybag to determine the effect of treatment combinations using analysis of variance. If the results are significantly different, a Least Significant Difference (BNT) level of 5% is further tested. The results of the research showed that there was an interaction between the dose of bokashi fertilizer and the type of spinach plant variety on plant height at all observation ages, number of leaves at 14 and 21 HST, leaf area at all observation ages, root length at harvest and fresh weight of stover per plant . The dose of bokashi fertilizer independently had a significant effect on the number of leaves at the age of 28 HST. The combination of treatment with a dose of 300 grams of bokashi fertilizer/polybag and the batik spinach variety (B3V3) was the best treatment combination.
