Depresi adalah keadaan suasana hati yang rendah dan keengganan untuk beraktivitas atau apatis yang dapat mempengaruhi pikiran, perasaan, perilaku dan rasa sejahtera seseorang. Remaja yang memiliki gejala depresi, biasanya mengeluhkan rasa tidak tenang, cemas, menurunnya kemampuan berkonsentrasi, dan mengalami gangguan tidur. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan edukasi dan pemberian intervensi berupa Mindfull Breathing Exercise yang bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi dalam upaya mengatasi gangguan depresi pada remaja. Hasilnya dapat dilakukan pengukuran menggunakan Analisis Keparahan Depresi (PHQ-9) untuk mengetahui tingkat keparahan depresi pada remaja.References
