PENGARUH DOSIS PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TIGA VARIETAS TANAMAN PAKCHOY (Brassisca rapa L) PADA SISTEM HIDROPONIK NFT

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh varietas dan dosis yang efektif POC Marolis terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman pakcoy pada hidroponik sistem NFT. Hipotesis yang diharapkan varietas green pakchoy dan dosis POC 30 ml/liter air merupakan perlakuan terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakcoy sistem .hidroponik NFT. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada ruang paranet/green house di Desa Brumbung Kecamatan Kepung Kabupaten Kediri, Propinsi Jawa Timur, dengan ketinggian ± 155 meter diatas permukaan laut (dpl). Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 15 Juni sampai dengan 10 Agustus 2023. Percobaan ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok petak terbagi (split–plot) dengan dua faktor varietas pakchoy dosis POC dan yang masing-masing terdiri 3 taraf. Faktor pertama varietas pakchoy (V) sebagai petak utama yang terdiri dari 3 level diulang 3 kali : V1 : Varietas Flaminggo; V2 : Varietas Greeen dan V3 : Varietas White. Faktor kedua Dosis POC (D) sebagai anak petak yang terdiri dari 3 level diulang 3 kali. D1 : Dosis POC Marolis 20 ml/liter air; D2: Dosis POC Marolis 30 ml/liter air dan D3 : Dosis POC Marolis 40 ml/liter air. Parameter yang diamati Tinggi Tanaman, Jumlah daun, Luas Daun, Berat Basah dan Berat Kering Akar per tanaman, Berat Basah dan Berat Kering per tanaman. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa Perlakuan tiga varietas pakchoy berpengaruh pada fase vegetatif terhadap tinggi tanaman pengamatan umur 10 hst, 20 hst, 30hst, dan 40 hst; jumlah daun umur 20 hst, 30 hst dan 40 hst, luas daun pada umur 30hst dan 40 hst, (hasil terbaik perlakuan V2) dan pada fase generatif terhadap berat basah dan berat kering akar saat panen, serta berat basah dan berat kering per tanaman saat panen (hasil terbaik ditunjukan perlakuan V2 yaitu pakchoy varietas green). Perlakuan dosis pupuk organik cair (POC) Marolis berpengaruh pada fase vegetatif terhadap tinggi tanaman pengamatan umur 10 hst, 20 hst, 30hst, dan 40 hst; jumlah daun umur 20 hst, 30 hst dan 40 hst, luas daun pada umur 30hst dan 40 hst, (hasil terbaik perlakuan D2) dan pada fase generatif terhadap berat basah dan berat kering akar saat panen, serta berat basah dan berat kering per tanaman saat panen, hasil terbaik ditunjukan perlakuan D2 yaitu (dosis 30 ml/liter air).
The research aims to determine the effect of varieties and effective doses of Marolis POC on the growth and production of pak choy plants in the NFT hydroponic system. The hypothesis is that the green pakchoy variety and a POC dose of 30 ml/liter of water are the best treatment for the growth and yield of pakchoy plants in the NFT hydroponic system. This research was conducted in a paranet/green house room in Brumbung Village, Kepung District, Kediri Regency, East Java Province, at an altitude of ± 155 meters above sea level (asl). The research was carried out from June 15 to August 10 2023. This experiment used a split-plot randomized block design with two POC dose pakchoy variety factors and each consisting of 3 levels. The first factor is the pakchoy variety (V) as the main plot consisting of 3 levels, repeated 3 times: V1: Flaminggo variety; V2: Green variety and V3: White variety. The second factor is POC Dose (D) as a subplot consisting of 3 levels repeated 3 times. D1: Marolis POC dose 20 ml/liter of water; D2: Marolis POC dose is 30 ml/liter of water and D3: Marolis POC dose is 40 ml/liter of water. The parameters observed were Plant Height, Number of leaves, Leaf Area, Wet Weight and Dry Weight of Roots per plant, Wet Weight and Dry Weight per plant. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the treatment of the three varieties of pakchoy has an effect on the vegetative phase on the height of plants observed at 10 days after planting, 20 days after planting, 30 days after planting, and 40 days after planting; number of leaves aged 20 dap, 30 dap and 40 dap, leaf area at 30 dap and 40 dap, (best results from V2 treatment) and in the generative phase the wet weight and dry weight of the roots at harvest, as well as the wet weight and dry weight per plant at harvest. harvest (the best results were shown by the V2 treatment, namely the green variety pakchoy). Marolis liquid organic fertilizer (POC) dosage treatment had an effect on the vegetative phase on the height of plants observed at 10 days after planting, 20 days after planting, 30 days after planting, and 40 days after planting; number of leaves aged 20 dap, 30 dap and 40 dap, leaf area at 30 dap and 40 dap, (best results from D2 treatment) and in the generative phase the wet weight and dry weight of the roots at harvest, as well as the wet weight and dry weight per plant at harvest, the best results were shown by D2 treatment, namely (dose 30 ml/liter of water).
