Corn (Zea mays.L) is one of the staple food sources generally consumed by Indonesian people. The many benefits of maize allow these commodities to be produced on a large scale, one of which is by plant breeding. The purpose of this study was to determine the character or superiority of several breeding numbers of hybrid maize plants against existing superior varieties in Complete Randomized Group (RCBD) with 2 (two) replications. Acquired data. In this study, corn kernels consisting of 22 breeding numbers and 3 hybrid corn varieties were used as a comparison. The experimental method used in this study was Analysis of Variety (ANSIRA) followed by the LSD (Least Significance Different) test at the level of 5% if there are significantly different results. The results of the research on the Characteristics of Several Breeding Numbers in Hybrid Corn (Zea mays. L), which was seen from the average yield (kg) per plot of the most superior variety was HY18G10375. The varieties that are superior to check P35 and NK6172, but equivalent to BISI 18 are HY18G10376, HY18G10377, HY18G10378, HY18G10379, HY18G10380. The average yield of seeds (%) showed that the highest yields were HY18G103379 and BISI-18 varieties, high and low yields were strongly influenced by the superiority of genetic adaptability.
