Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Pergudangan Di Pt. Xx

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem manajemen pergudangan di PT. XX. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel penerimaan dan penyimpanan barang finished good, management fleet transpoter, penanganan produk, delivery planning, perencanaan pengiriman,sistem hasil produksi unit finished goods, sistem pengeluaran barang finished goods. Metode olah data menggunakan kualitatif dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verfikasi data dengan wawancara yang mendalam, observasi dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan penerapan sistem manajemen pergudangan di PT. XX dengan pembuktian penggunaan ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, ISO 22000:2005 dan OHSAS 18001:2007 di bidang produksi, pergudangan dan ekspedisi, teknologi remote shuttle integrasi shuttle otomatis menggunakan barcode dan database canggih pada proses penyimpanan, penerimaa dan pengeluaran finished goods, dan pengeluaran barang yang akan diekspedisi menggunakan sistem stock accuracy dan traceability yang sudah tersistem.References
