Abstract
Peningkatan ansia di Indonesia berdampak pada timbulnya berbagai masalah kesehatan, termasuk gangguan tidur dan penurunan kebugaran. Kondisi ini dapat menurunkan kualitas hidup dan meningkatkan risiko penyakit degeneratif. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan senam yoga sebagai intervensi nonfarmakologis dalam meningkatkan kualitas tidur dan kebugaran lansia di UPT PSLU Jombang. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi lima tahap: persiapan, sosialisasi, implementasi, evaluasi, dan keberlanjutan. Senam yoga dilaksanakan 1 kali per minggu selama 4 minggu dengan durasi 20–30 menit per sesi, mencakup pemanasan, gerakan inti yoga, pernapasan, dan relaksasi. Evaluasi menggunakan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) dan tes langkah 2 menit. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan lansia dengan kategori bugar dari 8 orang (33%) menjadi 14 orang (58%), serta peningkatan kualitas tidur baik dari 14 orang (58%) menjadi 18 orang (75%). Senam yoga terbukti bisa untuk meningkatkan kebugaran fungsional dan kualitas tidur lansia.
