KEPEMIMPINAN MORAL DALAM PERPEKTIF THE MODEL FOR INTERPERSONAL TEACHER BEHAVIOR

Ungkapan nilai dasar dan etika manajemen merupakan acuan yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku manusia dalam situasi tertentu. Ketika nilai-nilai inti digabungkan dengan kepemimpinan, itu berarti nilai-nilai referensi di bawah perilaku pemimpin dalam pelaksanaan kepemimpinan dalam perspektif sosiologis, model perilaku seorang guru hubungan interpersonal. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kepustakaan yang bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan informasi pustaka melalui catatan, berbagai buku, majalah dan penelitian sebelumnya. Seorang pemimpin yang efektif adalah orang yang merespon dengan baik semua masalah, kebutuhan, harapan dan impian orang-orang yang dipimpinnya. Dalam akhlak kepemimpinan sekolah, tindakan seorang pemimpin yang dianggap baik dan benar mencerminkan akhlakul karimahi dan dari segi sosial merupakan kegiatan yang beradab. Seorang pemimpin yang bermoral harus memiliki akhlak yang baik (akhlakul karimah) dan perbuatannya merupakan perbuatan yang beradab yang pada umumnya dianggap baik dan benar oleh masyarakat.
