Cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) is a horticultural crop with high economic importance and notable mineral nutritional value. Lateral shoot pruning and the application of NPK fertilizer are cultivation techniques known to enhance cucumber productivity. This research aimed to examine the effects of NPK fertilization, lateral branch pruning, and their combined interaction on vegetative growth, generative development, and yield of young cucumber fruits. The study was carried out in a greenhouse located in Kediri Regency from March to May 2025. A factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was employed, consisting of two experimental factors with three replications. The first factor was pruning treatment (P), while the second factor was the dosage level of NPK fertilizer (N). The findings indicated a significant interaction between pruning practices and NPK fertilizer dosage on plant height at 14 days after planting (DAP). Furthermore, at 21 and 28 DAP, plant height was found to be significantly influenced by the pruning treatment alone.
