Analisis Komparatif Pendapatan Produsen Tape Singkong dengan Sistem Pemasaran Langsung dan Tidak Langsung

A comparative analysis of tape (processed food made of cassava) producers was conducted to determine producers' income. In addition, it was performed to determine the prospects for the sustainability of the cassava tape agroindustry. This research was conducted employing a quantitative approach. The target population in this study was the home industry producer of cassava tape. The population that is used as a sample is 35 respondents. In this study, two methods were used: observation and interview. It was known that there was a comparison of income. For selling directly to the retailer, the entrepreneur received IDR 41,285. Meanwhile, for a direct consumer system, the entrepreneur earned a profit of Rp 7,539. Therefore, direct sales of retailers have a higher profit value compared to selling their products directly to final consumers. From the results of the calculation of business feasibility, both of the R/C ratio values of the direct and indirect sales system were more than 1, indicating that the home business of the cassava tape industry was feasible to continue because it produced increased profits or the income of home industry tape producers, either by direct or indirect sales systems.

Upaya melakukan analisis komparatif pendapatan produsen tape adalah untuk mengetahui pendapatan produsen. Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui prospek keberlanjutannya agroindustri tape singkong. Riset ini dilakukan dengan cara pendekatan kuantitatif. Sasaran populasi pada penelitian ini adalah produsen home industri tape singkong. Adapun populasi yang dijadikan sampel sejumlah 35 responden. Dua metode dilakukan pada penelitian ini, untuk metode pertama adalah observasi dan metode kedua dilakukan dengan wawancara. Setelah dilakukan penelitian, diketahui adanya perbandingan pendapatan. Apabila dilakukan penjualan dengan penjualan dengan sistem langsung ke pengecer, pengusaha mendapatkan keuntungan senilai Rp 41.285. Apabila dilakukan penjualan dengan sistem ke konsumen langsung, maka pengusaha mendapatkan keuntungan senilai Rp 7.539. Dengan demikian penjualan langsung pengecer memiliki nilai keuntungan yang tinggi apabila daripada menjual produknya langsung ke konsumen tingkat akhir. Dari hasil perhitungan kelayakan usaha maka dapat disimpulkan, diketahui nilai R/C ratio dari sistem penjualan langsung maupun tidak langsung nilainya > 1, ini menandakan, bahwa usaha home industri tape singkong layak untuk dilanjutkan karena menghasilkan keuntungan yang dapat ditingkatkan atau pendapatan produsen home industri tape singkong dapat ditingkatkan baik dengan sistem penjualan langsung maupun tidak langsung.
