Pelatihan Kerajinan Tangan Merajut dan Sosialisasi Pemasaran Digital Guna Meningkatkan Kreativitas Remaja di RT 01 RW 05 Desa Kedak, Kecamatan Semen, Kabupaten Kediri

An area's large capacity and population density are often among the obstacles to improving community welfare if it is not utilized and appropriately managed. Kedak Village is one of the densely populated villages in the Semen District, Kediri Regency, East Java. This community service activity aimed to increase teenagers' knowledge and skills in knitting handicrafts and digital marketing after seeing the massive potential of human resources owned by Kedak Village. The methods used in this activity were lecture, practice, and evaluation. At the lecture stage, the community was introduced to the ins and outs of knitting handicrafts and the process of product marketing through digital media, followed by practice and evaluation of activities. The results of this training were that participants can know and make knitting crafts and digital marketing. This community service activity was expected to be developed by residents and can be used as one of the superior products in Kedak Village.

Besarnya kapasitas dan kepadatan penduduk di suatu wilayah sering menjadi salah satu kendala dalam upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat jika tidak dimanfaatkan dan dikelola dengan baik. Desa Kedak merupakan salah satu desa padat penduduk yang terletak di Kecamatan Semen Kabupaten Kediri Jawa Timur. Dilakukannya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan remaja di bidang kerajinan tangan rajut dan pemasaran digital setelah melihat besarnya potensi sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki oleh Desa Kedak. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu pengajaran, praktik, dan evaluasi. Di tahap pengajaran, masyarakat akan dikenalkan dengan seluk beluk kerajinan tangan rajut dan proses pemasaran produk melalui media digital yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan praktik dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pelatihan ini adalah peserta dapat mengetahui dan membuat kerajinan tangan rajut beserta pemasaran digital. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat dikembangkan oleh penduduk setempat dan dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu produk unggulan di Desa Kedak.
